When did you potty train?

My first was three and an absolute nightmare. He was fully pee trained for months, yet would wait all day until his night pull up to poop. It was so gross and horrifying. Finally I called the pediatrician for help and she said to take away the pull-ups entirely, dose him with daily miralax and wait him out. By the fourth day of no poop, I was literally crying and wishing it would all end. That day he finally went in the toilet and never regressed after. Potty training the other siblings was a breeze.
