Wiki: Sexual and gender-based violence against Palestinians during the Gaza war
In its June 2024 investigative report, the UN's Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory (CoI) concluded: "The frequency, prevalence and severity of sexual and gender-based crimes perpetrated against Palestinians since 7 October across the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT) indicate that specific forms of Sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) are part of Israeli Security Forces (ISF) operating procedures." |
Wouldn’t your point imply 10/7 was retaliatory then? Obliteration doesn’t happen in a vacuum does it |
The U.N. was only ever legitimate in the moment in time when they approved the Resolution 181 recognizing the partition, blah blah blah, anti-semitism crisis in America!, blah blah blah, tropes everywhere!, blah blah blah, I’ll tell you what you REALLY think!, blah blah blah, Israel has a right to exist!, blah blah blah, opposing Israel’s policies and actions is proof you’re a terrorist!, blah blah blah, chosen people!, blah blah blah, capitulation for you, preemptive self-defense for me!, blah blah blah, the war ends the moment Hamas returns the hostages!, blah blah blah, FAFO!, blah blah blah, why don’t you ever mention the other genocides in the world?!, blah blah blah, ad infinitum. |
| So sorry but were these women asked about who assaulted them? They aren’t ever around Palestinian men either? I don’t buy it’s 100% Israel. 0% Palestine. SA is increased and there is only one perp? |
Your doubts and uncertainty are meaningless. What the F kind of a horrific culture yields 100% SA rate with such a non-trivial N?! Man, F every last blind defender of Israel who just won’t face the reality of how deranged this place has become. |
I am livid about it. |
I'm fine with it. At least there's one democracy and ally in the Middle East. That's in our self-interest more than the alternatives. |
So in your world 10/7 was fine and dandy and not simply the continuation of Palestinian decades of aggression but because Israel keeps kicking Palestinian butt in response to perpetual Palestinian terror activity? That's been working out so well for them over the last 80 years, I'm not at all surprised they don't keep going year after year, all the while begging the rest of the world for support they can't provide for themselves due the distraction of waging constant terror campaigns. What an obvious formula for success as a society. |
| i am beyond livid. Israel is a place where even the pious can be truly evil. the rabbis in the Israeli army tell young teenage soilders that it is the religious duty to kill. |

Nakba (1947)
Wiki: Nakba The Nakba is the Israeli ethnic cleansing of Palestinian Arabs through their violent displacement and dispossession of land, property, and belongings, along with the destruction of their society and the suppression of their culture, identity, political rights, and national aspirations. The term is used to describe the events of the 1948 Palestine war in Mandatory Palestine as well as Israel's ongoing persecution and displacement of Palestinians. As a whole, it covers the fracturing of Palestinian society and the longstanding rejection of the right of return for Palestinian refugees and their descendants. During the foundational events of the Nakba in 1948, about half of Palestine's predominantly Arab population – around 750,000 people – were expelled from their homes or made to flee through various violent means, at first by Zionist paramilitaries, and after the establishment of the State of Israel, by its military. Dozens of massacres targeted Palestinian Arabs, and over 500 Arab-majority towns, villages, and urban neighborhoods were depopulated. Many of the settlements were either completely destroyed or repopulated by Jews and given new Hebrew names. Israel employed biological warfare against Palestinians by poisoning village wells. By the end of the war, Israel controlled 78% of the land area of the former Mandatory Palestine. Israel negates or denies the atrocities it committed, claiming that many of the expelled Palestinians left willingly or that their expulsion was necessary and unavoidable. |
Brookings: Is Israel a democracy? Here’s what Americans think
Times of Israel: Israel is not a democracy Israel has several institutions similar to other democracies: Elections, parliament, government and a Supreme Court. But they do not function as independent or equal branches of governments and lack transparency. There are five core reasons why Israel is not a Democracy: 1) Israel does not have a Constitution and is unable to draft one since the concept of a “Jewish State” contradicts democratic principles of pluralism, secularism and equal rights. 2) Israel does not separate religion and government. 3) Israel does not give most of the Palestinians the right to vote. 4) Israel does not separate between the executive and the legislative branch. (No separation of power) 5) Israel does not have an independent supreme court. |
| Israel must be the only country where you can become a hero and celebrated nationwide for raping people. What an absolutely disgusting society that's been this way since even before it's creation as a nation. |
Unlike the Imam and muftis in Gaza? The pot calls the kettle black. |
What people think doesn't change the reality. The reality is that Israeli citizens, both Arab and Jewish, elect their government through a multi-party political system. That is, by definition, a democracy. Gazans, in contrast, are subject to governance by terrorists they themselves voted into power on a platform to destroy Israel. To nobody's surprise, those terrorists have since refused to relinquish power in favor of any other politicians or government. |

The zionist regime is probably one of the most evil you'll ever come across. Everyday I see multiple headlines of war crimes and atrocities being committed in both the West Bank and Gaza. And this has been the standard behavior for almost 100 years.
