Requiring Staff to be on Camera for Teams Calls?

Nothing at all. I’m able to get on video calls and not act like a toddler about it. It’s good for my job. You should try it.

When I attend zoom meetings for work, I am not required to put my camera on, but I feel that I should to show the speaker I am here and paying attention. I have my camera on like 50 - 80% of the time during a meeting. I do like the ability to turn it off for part of the meeting. sometimes I can listen better if I move around, and moving around would be distracting. or if i relocate my spot within the house, they don't have to watch me move. being able to move around is more an issue for a half-day meeting (yes, sadly, I have 3.5 hour zooms sometimes). I'm in my 50s.

Now that we are back in the office I never use video. I am in a cube . People are walking by. The other conversations are bad enough. At home I used video.
