I'm telling you it's a cult! It's a cult I tell you. |
At all the other posters here: SEE I TOLD YOU... FUKN CULT!!!! |
This. Even the highest stats kids, the real outliers, are unlikely to get into one of these schools, much less have to choose from the three. Troll post for sure. |
How do you know they always tell people? I went to one of these schools. Sometimes I tell people where I went and sometimes I don't. It depends on how in the mood I am to deal with an outsized response, and how likely that is to come in, and who's asking and why. |
| Princeton if you love pancakes (PJ’s), Yale if you like pizza (Sally’s), Harvard if you like MIT. |
You must be joking?! This tells me that you’ve met very few or no HYP grads. I have met, worked with and hired quite a few throughout the years. ON AVERAGE, Yalies tend to be much friendlier and way more down-to-earth. H and P grads tend to be more arrogant. Don’t get me wrong - I’ve met plenty of a**holes that have come out of Yale but I have met way more coming out of Harvard and Princeton. |
+ 1,000 Outsized response is spot on. HYP grad |
No one is likely to have the luxury of this choice for themselves anyway. But all three schools have very different cultures, so if you have a student who's potentially in that range you will definitely want to visit early on to feel the vibe. |
You've attended all three? |
| This questions are so funny. Which is the best for your child? If you think they're interchangeable, you're just a dumb prestige-seeker. |

7 pages on nitpicking some of the finest schools in the country. You people are NUTS!
99.99% of kids are lucky to get into one of them. |
