Not OP but am the parent of swifties. I don’t know how much op paid for tickets but European prices in general were much, much cheaper. Like $100-250 for floor and vip. This is compared to the re-sale market that many were forced to use here in the US last summer. Those prices were anywhere from 500 for nosebleeds to 2k and up for floor seats. That is a significant difference and if you were already planning a European vacation for this summer it would make sense to see the show there.

Op was clearly not planning a vacation there though. They got tickets for the Poland show and then made the trip to Poland for the concert. They should’ve just stuck to London!

I feel sorry for people who decided to travel to a foreign country just to see Taylor Swift. I was at Eras Tour in Philly retail tickets bought during the presale on TicketMaster and it's definitely not worth it.

I have worked extensively in these two, and Romania is nothing like Poland. I've found Poland to be much closer to the way OP describes it. Never a problem in Romania. FWIW, I'm American now, but also a dual German citizen (and speak more than just German and English). I do not enjoy working in Poland or with the Poles. YMMV.

Yesterday was the 80th Anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising, which saw the mass slaughter of 200,000 of our civilians by the Nazi Germans and the systematic deportation of the survivors and total destruction of Warsaw. And that’s on top of the millions of additional Poles
(including Polish Jews) that you mercilessly slaughtered. So suffice it to say that we don’t trust you either!!

Nazi Germany did terrible things in many countries in the 1940s and it’s fine to feel empathy. You don’t need to sympathise with OP’s gripes. Never had any issues in Russia with drivers but did get pickpocketed and someone tried to grab my bag while I was holding it. Did not have any issues in the Middle East, India, Italy, France but Egypt was rough. Don't discount OP's experience.
