To absolutely nobody's surprise, Isaac has ackowledged he's gay, on Kailyn's podcast and changed his name to Elliot. He says it's to build a separation between who you (we) saw him as on tv and who he is truly.

The funniest part is when he says "...my life isn't entertainment for other people." Um yes, it literally has been. That's the definition of being on a reality tv show. But he's 15 - kids are stupid.

His father Jo refuses to call him Elliot.

For future privacy I guess? But doesn’t really work if you announce the name change publicly.

He's 15. He didn't choose to be on reality TV with idiot teenage parents when he was an infant/toddler. And then his mother keeps having more kids, with different men every few years. I feel bad for him.

Elliott is his middle name. It's not uncommon for a person to go by their middle name, especially outside family-I have an aunt who has done that for decades.

Elliott appears to be an intelligent, well spoken young man. His parents should be proud.

Elliott is a more feminine name than Isaac - that’s probably why he prefers it.

I don't think of it as feminine at all. To be honest, I've always hated both the names Elliot and Isaac.
