Sounds like your issue is trivial and/or you're an a55hole. I emailed the CM and her staffers with an issue the other day, and not only did a staffer respond within five minutes, the CM responded the next day. She's on maternity leave.

Supposedly she is preparing to run her staff member for Council. That’s why the job is posted. Obviously someone does like her, just like Allen or you would have gotten her out of office, and now she’s trying to have the JLG effect.

On BP, if she was smart, she or RW would run for EHN’s seat, but they both want to be mayor.
