What's the safest sport for kids?

Archery, shot put, javelin, pole vaulting, cross country, ballet, tap dancing, water polo, synchronized swimming, marching band, flags, baton twirling, volleyball, four square, jump rope, body building, cup stacking, square dancing, fencing, speed walking, water ballet, pole dancing, jazzercise, line dancing, arm wresting, tractor pull, skeet shooting, break dancing, falconry, hot dog eating, pie eating and three legged and wheel barrow races (or any extreme eating sports), rope pulling, ultimate frisbee, bowling (not little person bowling or tossing (not nice)), there are tons of sports that are safe. Theoretically one could injure themselves doing anything, pull a muscle, scrape a knee, but I’d say the above don’t involve catastrophic injury.

Ones to avoid and not yet mentioned, bullfighting, fire walking, rodeo, surfing or open ocean swimming (shark attack, box jelly fish, speed boats, cyclones, tsunamis and water spouts), speed boat racing, fire eating, sword swallowing, dodge ball, free diving, motocross, drag racing, motorcycle racing, or any sort of car racing, snake charming, extreme tree climbing, or any lumber jack sports like tree cutting, gf or wife carrying race (especially if she’s chunky), golf (lightening strikes, the metal spiked shoes can be deadly), volcanic sports and dune buggying… I’d say the risk averse should avoid any activities where death is a real threat.
