PP and I am sure that is true. But people on this site act like when you enroll at a private you are guaranteed a top 10 college regardless of your circumstances. And if not? You are a ‘failure’. I think it’s a really terrible mindset and bad for kids’ mental health to be bombarded with this level of competitiveness. Meanwhile if you want to be a chemical engineer your starting salary is not that different if you go to Carnegie Mellon vs. a state school. |
