Turnover @ Lowell???

A good friend accepted a position with Lowell after missing a deadline to be re-certified to teach in VA. The pay was significantly lower and my friend left after 2 years. I would think $$ is definitely a factor.

I received a 33% raise making a lateral move to a school with similar tuition.

Lowell is administratively top heavy. Take a look at how many non-teachers are littering the hallways and offices.
