How much did you pay for your plantation shutters?

And what company did you use? Thanks in advance.

About $600/window with Montgomery Blinds. They look great!

Way too much from Next Day Blinds. But give them a call for a free quote and then compare to other places. JC Penney also does them (if they're not bankrupt) and I think Costco does too.

About $500/window for Hunter Douglas.

Love NDB, but they just went out of business. :/

Oh, crap, really?

NDB was acquired by 3 day blinds last year. Seems kind of shady that they say NDB is "closed" and that they hired their staff. Hopefully the lifetime warranty is still honored. I have plantation shutters from NDB, paid around $650/window installed, but at the time I thought the slightly higher cost was worth it for the warranty.

It also depends on the window size - my smaller windows were <$300, but some very large double windows were >$800. It also depends on whether you get vinyl or wood, hidden tilt rods, etc.

NDB.

They were very inexpensive compared to the custom ones at our old house (we have way more windows in this house).

15 years later they still look and work great!
