| I was at two different planning meetings today for sports/youth groups. Apparently I missed a message from Northam saying yesterday that VA may need to roll back to Phase 1/2. Both groups said he’s making some announcement tomorrow 7/27, but I’m not seeing anything. Is anyone else on top of this? |

This Facebook post of his is the latest I’ve seen:
We will be watching the public health data closely over the weekend––if the numbers don't come down, we may have to take additional steps to blunt the spread of this virus. Wear a mask and practice physical distancing so we don't have to move back. Be smart and stay safe. |
| I think NoVA’s numbers are still flat. Maybe he’ll roll back the phases for the southeast part of the state. |

It’s Tuesday at 2. We’ll see what he announces. Fingers crossed it’s just SE VA moving back to stage 2, or closing indoor dining while everything else remains the same. |
| Or closing indoor dining so we can open the damn schools. |
| I’ve heard rumors of a coordinated rollback between hogan, bowser and Northam.... |
I kind of doubt that since NOVA is in Phase 3 while DC and Maryland are still in phase 2. VA could be going back to phase 2. |

Fairfax's numbers today is awful. Like 2-3X higher than in recent weeks.
WTF, Fairfax? |
| How will this affect hair salons if he makes a change? Yes, this is a serious question. |
Go back and read the note at the top: The Virginia Electronic Disease Surveillance System was down for a few hours this weekend for planned maintenance. Today's case number reflects cases that were not entered into the system during that time, in addition to cases entered in the last 24 hours. |
so, like half that should be attributed to a different day? Still not great. |
| Focus should be on percent positive rather than number of cases. Testing in Virginia has increased significantly over the past month. The percent positive has continued to decline in northern Virginia since July 1st and entry into Phase 3. Hospitalizations have also trended down. |

Keep being hysterical, but he announced the creation of a special fund for nonprofits and small businesses effected by covid.

The update is tomorow. |
Well OP is dated 7/26 (yesterday) stating that there is an update 7/27, which is today. Not tomorrow. |
