It was just the insurance copay to see a specialist, $35 in my case. I was told that the non-insurance price for the appointment was $650. This was several years ago.

I have Federal BCBS and they were in-network *and* we also paid a $220 “fee” on top of the copay. This was a few years ago. I would call ahead and ask. All of the labs and the initial ultrasound were covered.

I called them and they will not give any prices until you're a patient, I was told to call my insurance to figure out what was covered.
