Out of Boundary Lottery Begins Today - Article

DCPS's out of boundary lottery begins today. Good luck to all those parents trying to find a spot in a better school. I came across this article in the Washington City Paper that discusses the lottery and Mayor Fenty's encouragement of parents to use the process (despite his not using it for his own kids).
