Taking Charge of Your Fertility: I fully realized how little I knew about how my body worked and how to support it when TTC.
It Starts with the Egg: haven't read it yet, but it is constantly recommended. |

| The two mentioned above are great for learning about boosting fertility. If you are considering IVF and are looking for a book that explains IVF with tons and tons of various real life examples, I recommend A Couple’s Guide to IVF. It’s a slightly older book but was the most helpful and real book out of the 15-20 I read while TTC. My husband read it too and was also pleased with it. |
