Does anyone know how this will work?
Let's say that 25% of each teacher's kids go to school on Monday, 25% on Tuesday, 25% on Thursday, and 25% on Friday. The teacher is there all 4 days. She/he uses each day to give 25% of the kids group exercises, exams, group presentations, etc. What are the other 75% of the kids doing at home on the 3/4 days that they are not in school? Who is teaching them? Are they being taught live on these days? By whom? Are they watching remote asynchronous lessons? When do the teachers craft these hours of remote lessons if they are teaching live 4 days a week? They're supposed to be using Wednesdays for office hours. Are the kids just doing homework on the 3/4 days that they are not with the teacher? Any thoughts? FCPS could never figure this out with staffing and this is part of why they went to all remote. |

What they will be doing is matching students with teachers based on what they have chosen (hybrid or DL)
Presumably DL teachers may have more students since hybrid does have some DL. |
This doesn’t explain anything. So the hybrid kids will have one math teacher for the in-school day and another math teacher for the other three days? |
