RE recs in Bethesda area?

I am thinking about looking into working with an RE. We don't seem to have TOO much trouble getting pregnant (a few months here and there), but I've had 3 miscarriages in a row now. Have one healthy dd already, so not sure why this is happening now. Is this something RE's work with too, in addition to getting pregnant in the first place? Are there RE specialists who deal with miscarriage issues?
