We three authors --from Education, Business, Theatre have developed a Book that is designed for school setting but could well be immensely valuable for parents to use with children.

Our Coursebook (called Yo Scholars) has as its Core Behavioral Models we have used with great success in Business --classical Models out of scholars at Harvard, Stanford, Michigan, MIT. It appears that nobody has ever seen the potential for this kind of transfer from Business Education to traditional schools and other related educational settings. We have adapted and expanded the models creatively so they are treasures to be mined for students from Middle School through College.

Participants in Business sessions always commented that they wished such material were available to their families, We have done just that with our adaptations.

We have bracketed this Core of the Models with an introductory basic Developmental psychology section and capstoned the Course with a section in classical philosophy examining the pertinence of the classical concept of virtue as the perfecting of the human faculties --Mind, Will, Affective States. This is basic and simple to teach material as we have packaged it. Students at a very young age --far from the classic twenty-year old age -of -philosophy thinking.

We have sought to use the Humanities as a vehicle for our Case Studies and Discussions wherever possible. The Humanities saturates this Course from Socrates to Yeats.

This is the kind of Skills for Life Course that is long overdue in schools of every kind.
