| I have to that are a month away from leaving to go to college. My daughter will be a freshman at UVA and my son is going to be a Jounior at Virginia Tech. Charlottesville and Roanoake are not hot spots currently but what's going to happen when kids return to campus ? |
| No, there are many things I worry about while they are gone that have much higher mortality rates for this age cohort. I do not have a high risk child though. My DD will be headed back to UVA as well. |
| Yes. |
Yes, nervous but, hopeful that they will experience something close to "normal" |
| Not at all. |
|
Of course. I’m not worried my healthy 18 year old will be very ill or die. But I am afraid he is going to be quarantined and isolated in a strange place, afraid, and I won’t be able to be there.
I’m not stopping him from going though. The college has good protocols and a good plan and we discussed the options. He’s not making the decision lightly. I’m not sure how much sleep I’ll get this fall though. |
It will be the furthest thing from normal. |
| Yes worried that they will bring it home at break. Having mild or asymptotic symptoms. |
