Distance learning idea

There are a lot of college students who were expecting to be student teaching this summer and fall, who have not been placed, and likely won’t be. If you are looking for teaching support at home, it might be possible to check with a university near you to see if those students are available to work with your children. Of course, you would want to be sure the person is being very careful about their health and exposure to other young people. This just occurred to me, so I thought I would throw it out there, in case the idea might help anyone.

Not from what the university supervisors tell me.

No, a lot of what they learn during student teaching is about managing a classroom. DL won’t do anything for that.
