thoughts on Honda Care?

Hello, I am being quoted a very high price of $3,000 for a Honda Care plan for a vehicle with low mileage, thoughts? $3,000 ends up being about 20% of the price of the car itself.

but the dealer says what if the electronic break, or the sunroof? these are very expensive repairs

If you need it, buy it online instead. Any Honda dealer in the US can sell it to you. I think the car just needs to have less than 3,000 miles (may be 6,000). Try College Hills Honda in Ohio or Saccucci Honda. They have dedicated websites just for this. It’ll cost about 1/3 of what a local dealer will charge you.

This is what I did with my last vehicle. Went on a group for my vehicle and they gave me a list of who to go to.
