Info on how to interview nannies?

Can anyone recommend a good resource for how to interview a prospective nanny, what questions to ask, and any books about the whole process?

Ask them about situations and how they would handle it.
What their experience is? Why they like to be a nanny?

Personally if you are worried about screening nannies who are okay with working with same sex couples you may look at an agency that has experience with it.
