Turn on humdifier in summer in kid room at night?

Do you turn on humidifier in kid room in summer when central Ac is turned on at home 24/7 at 66 degree? My kid has nose bleeding twice in a month, and I don't know if it is due to nose picking, play under the hot sun for long time, dehydrated, too dry at home or because of his diet? I think he drinks around 30 oz a day of fluid. He goes to daycare, so I don't know exactly how much he drinks.

Yes, use a humidifier. Air conditioning pulls moisture from the air.

Not OP but right now mine is at 62. We all sleep better when it’s cold.

Oof. To each their own. I like to sleep with a bit of a chill but even thinking of 62 makes me shiver!
