Inn at 202 or Middleton Inn?

Has anyone stayed at the Inn at 202 in Easton, MD or the Middleton Inn in Washington, VA? I would appreciate feedback. And if you stayed in Easton, is it a hassle to go to dinner in St Michael's? TIA.
