Pesto Recipe

I have the standard basil pesto down. Does anyone have a killer pesto recipe that is a little different? TIA!

A little less oil and some lemon juice-trust me, you'll love it. PS-did you know you could make pesto with sundried tomatoes-it's twoo, it's twoo.

Please post your standard recipe. I haven't found one I like.

Try substituting the pine nuts with walnuts or the basil with Italian flat leaf parsley.

In Liguria, which is the home region of pesto, all the trattorias serve your basic pesto on cavatappi pasta, tossed with fresh green beans and chunks of potato. I kid not.
