| I have the standard basil pesto down. Does anyone have a killer pesto recipe that is a little different? TIA! |
A little less oil and some lemon juice-trust me, you'll love it. PS-did you know you could make pesto with sundried tomatoes-it's twoo, it's twoo. |
| Please post your standard recipe. I haven't found one I like. |
| Try substituting the pine nuts with walnuts or the basil with Italian flat leaf parsley. |
| In Liguria, which is the home region of pesto, all the trattorias serve your basic pesto on cavatappi pasta, tossed with fresh green beans and chunks of potato. I kid not. |
Second this. I would love a pesto recipe. Thanks |
