Cape Cod - what website to find rentals

I'm thinking about doing Cape Cod and Boston as a summer vacation but have never been to Cape Cod. Any ideas of what the best rental websites would be. And maybe what locations that would be good for a 5 year old. Thanks.

Although we haven't been to Cape Cod, we have had excellent results with vrbo.com [Vacation Rentals by owner], and it covers the Cape Cod area.

We go to Falmouth every year (our kids are 4 and 2) and we have a great time. This year we rented our house through homeaway.com. There was a decent selection and every person I contacted about their house emailed me right back.
