City of Falls Church Schools Budget Cut

Yesterday I received an e-mail with proposed budget cuts, and got really depressed. I think that eliminating permanent subs is no big deal as well as reducing materials and supplies budget, but reducing (or even eliminating!) Arts and Music, and Spanish in the Elementary School sounds REALLY bad to me...
