Is registration still only open to families that previously registered for this summer?

Doesn’t look like it. The system doesn’t appear to differentiate between those who previously registered and those who didn’t. The website even has a link to create a new account when you’re registering. Lots of the weeks aren’t even close to full which makes me think they don’t care at this point.
