Summer camps in Virginia for our 3 and 5 year olds

Our kids will be 3 and 5 this summer and were wondering if anyone knows of any good and safe all-day camps in northern Virginia? We went to the summer camp fair at Fair Oaks Mall over the weekend, but it's hard to tell which ones are good. Congressional camp seemed appealing.
