I'd love a fun bunkbed for my kids room (younger brother may share it eventually or just to have for future sleepovers etc). If you have a fun one please recommend! There are so many cute ones out there but I don't know which ones are rickety / poorly designed etc |
My one complaint with bunk beds has always been that changing the sheets and making the bed is hard. You have to balance on a ladder and then you have to hunch over. I much prefer the smaller profile / lower Beds where an adult can make and change the bed from the ground. |
Can you sfkow me an image of what you talking about |
Tall bunk bed

No idea about quality but this looks fun https://www.dfwfurnituremart.com/dreamers-twin-low-loft-bed-white-blue/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI0bK6tvSq6gIVfBatBh0nmwAWEAQYDiABEgKdBPD_BwE |
We have this one and DS loves it: https://www.coasterfurniture.com/furniture/joaquin-twin-over-twin-convertible-loft-bed-brown
The table/bench conversion was great for DL. We were glad he had a private workspace in his room and the table is large enough for him to have a laptop and multiple worksheets spread out. The bed conversion isn't comfortable enough for a long-term sleep solution but for sleepovers and occasional bunking of the kids it's fine I have no idea why people think it is hard to change the sheets on a bunk bed. It takes two minutes. |
