What are your thoughts on David Yurman? I was looking at the cable cuffs with either onyx or pearl (don't like the colored stones) but I know they are polarizing. |
Dated but it doesn’t matter what I think, it only matters of you like it |
I like them. Not tacky or ugly, but certainly not current either. Dated is a good word.

If you like it, you like it. By the way, not all his jewelry is the cable stuff. |
Sams Club has some nice bracelets in the same style, if you’re not concerned about resale value or branding. Otherwise, go for what you love. Just remember to wait for the 10x points sale at Bloomies. |
I like it too, particularly the cable jewelry. One thing I don't like is this. I have had two pieces break and they had no excessive wear. One was a chain and it was just hanging on a hook when it broke. They don't stand behind their product and were extremely expensive to get repaired. |
How did they break? I want to buy a couple more pieces but I'm hard on my jewelry and have a toddler and baby. |
I think it’s classic. It was having a moment several years ago but that doesn’t mean it’s dated now. |
Very '90s suburban preppy lady. But if that's your thing, go for it. (No snark meant; I really think you should wear what you love. But maybe do it ironically?) |
It's a bit "Midwest middle manager" to me, but it isn't offensive. Get it if you like it. |

Predictable for the middle-class-striver set. |
These insults are absurd. It’s fine. It’s silver. Jeez. |
That's kinda true but to be fair it has become timeless. It's overpriced imo. |
I am kind of surprised with the staying power. A college friend (early 2000s) loved David Yurman. Now my little cousin who graduated college this year also loves David Yurman; she used her graduation money to buy some expensive bracelet. But she loves it so fine. |
