How long to potty train?

DD just went on her potty for the first time! She's 23 months and I'm so excited about the thought of not having to change her diapers anymore so I was wondering how long does it usually take for toddlers to be fully trained? Any suggestions on how to encourage her to use the potty again?

Ha ha ha. that is what she is thinking. It could be months or a year. or a week. Just depends on child, and how motivated you are both up to doing the training. Mine both used potty about the same time 22-23 months. first complety out of dipaers/pullup at 3, 2nd still in pullups and is just over 3. I am very laid back about the whole thing, but I do encourage potty use. good luck
