| Does anyone know anything about the All-American Series, sponsored by Soccer Youth (https://socceryouth.com/)? The ad keeps coming up on my Facebook feed. Seems like a nice opportunity for a fun, family soccer vacation this summer, but I am wondering about the nomination process. It says it's "invite only". Has anyones kids done this before? How competitive is the selection? |

| It sounds like a Pay to Play where you're grouped with random kids to play against other teams in the middle of the summer with hardly any practice and team chemistry. There doesn't appear to be any cut-off for the level of the players other than a recommendation is required. |

Anyone can recommend anyone!
A parent can recommend their own child. This is just a money maker that schedules these events at basically all vacation spots. |
