I’ve tried it and even though I was skeptical, I think there is something to it. I definitely see an increase or decrease on the scale depending on which foods I eat (even when eating healthy and reasonable portions). Some foods I thought were healthy for me create a significant increase on the scale. So there’s something to the reactivity and inflammation.
