For those that tried out last week and this week for Bethesda - how long after your child’s tryout did it take to hear one way or the other from them?

I thought players had to attend multiple tryouts and not just one.

i cant imagine that any are still not sent. rosters for top 2 teams at least were set in early May

Any Bethesda Girls families know what is up with the KL 8th Grade 2006 team? Is that a combination of younger players from the old '06 team or is it all KL's old players from MRM? I see that the other '06 "State Cup" team is labeled "not participating in the State Cup."

I’m not sure if this helps for part of your question but there is a ECNL1 and ECNL2 teams for U13 teams and up. ECNL teams do not usually do state cup. Some age groups have had a third team that does state cup

The other state cup team is the 3rd team, behind ECNL 1 and ECNL 2.

Kevins 8th grade team is just any of the girls that are trapped u15 players that are old enough for U15 but not yet in high school, thus wont be playing high school soccer. The U15 teams season doesnt start until early November so those players need to be on a team during this period so theyre not just sitting around.

Thanks, good to know. Although I doubt HS Fall seasons are very likely in MD
