Maryland phase 3

What are the metrics for phase 3 reopening in Maryland? I looked on a few websites but couldn’t find clear guidelines.

I was very keen to get to Stage 2, but now not keen for us to move to phase 3 anytime soon, definitely back end of summer at the earliest.

Also, there should be a mandatory quarantine for people arriving, or returning, from certain states, as per NY

Our numbers have improved so much in Maryland; this is no time to rush to Phase 3.

Yep. Read the original reopening plan; that's what it says. We're going to be sticking in phase 2 for awhile.

It's not useful to think in terms of "phase 2" versus "phase 3" at this point. Regardless of what labels you attach, there will further steps to reopen additional establishments/businesses before a vaccine is available.

I’m not in a rush to get to phase 3 but I wanted to know what the metrics were and what to look for in terms of signs. I thought phase 3 would end when vaccines were in place so I was mistaken about that.
