Bahamas

Planning spring break, have delayed planning too long, but am trying to get together.

Can anyone recommend specific good places to stay in the Bahamas? Family of 3 - two adults and a 12 year old.

Would love to hear activity, restaurant, etc recommendations.

Or if you have a better suggestion than Bahamas, I'm open to it. Sidenote- We've done cruises and don't want to do, and we are already going to Florida this year.

Atlantis, but read up on it first to see if it's your style. It's cool, but sort of a Vegas on the ocean.
