swim and tumbling for toddlers

I have twins age 2 next month. Want to get them learning basic skills in the water and with tumbling. NOt looking for competive angled classes (i.e., get your kids to the Olympics type thing). We are on a really strict budget so the cost of tuition for two kids in a lot of the my gym sites are more than we can afford. ideas? We are in the Takoma Park area. thanks

Montgomery County Dept of Recreation for swim classes. They have basic gymnastics, but not for that age, I don't think. You might call around to local gymnastics gyms and see if any can give you a discount for enrolling 2 kids. They also sometimes have shorter sessions than places like Little Gym.
