Resources for kids on divorce

Hit me with your best resources for kids during a divorce. It can be anything from an article or website. Anything to help kids adjust and process. My sil is contemplating divorce - husband of 25 years cheated multiple times. Her oldest is 17, almost 18. Youngest is 6

She's most concerned with her two youngest who are under 10.

I'm trying to compile info for her.

Dinosaurs Divorce is good for the younger ones, but if the older ones read it with the 6 year old, there will be a lot in there to support their efforts to process changes in their family

Google it. I’m sure someone has compiled a list. If you are debating b/w specific resources you can ask those here. But you need to do a little work here

Other kids of similar ages that have (successfully) gone through divorce.

I had a therapist well versed in both child and adult trauma, this was essential for us as leaving an abusive marriage is different than the issues kids in most divorce books are facing.

But many parents I know use my kids okay-ness to show their kids they can be okay too. Happy even! My kids also have developed a lot of empathy through this whole experience and it is amazing seeing them offering a little support here and there to other kids.
