| Andrea at IPSA fixed my color after a DISASTER at another salon. Have not left in 4 years, she is very smart and lovely to boot. |

| Serkan at Hair Lounge Salon is probably the best regarded in area. He fixed awful orange highlights on my head and I've been going to him ever since. |

| I move a lot so have to change hairdressers frequently and disastrous color is one of my greatest fears. Can one of you please tell me how this happens and how to avoid it? Do the mistakes happen with new stylists or after you've done something yourselves? TIA. |
