Another post m/c question

When can I expect to ovulate again? I am just wrapping up a natural m/c now. I had an ultrasound on Wednesday, and I know that my ovaries are still small and they aren't gearing up to ovulate. Anyone have any ideas? TIA

How early was your m/c? I started bleeding a couple days before 6 weeks; u/s showed I was only 4.5 weeks or so. I think I ovulated about 2.5 weeks after the heavier m/c bleeding (not just spotting) started.

I was told 2-6 weeks to ovulate though I had a d&c (termination for chromosomal issues at 13 weeks).

OP - I had the exact same question! I was just about to post it. I still have not ovulated yet and I am a little over two weeks from my natural miscarriage. Before I got pregnant, I used to have a 23 day cycle.
