ISO: Half Day Monday-Friday 2's Pre-K (Eastern Market Area)

Hi!

Our current enrollment for next Fall is being very inflexible and are looking for a new solution. We live in Eastern Market and are seeking a partial day, Monday-Friday Pre-K program for our our 2 year old (3 in February).

We're under a tricky deadline. Any ideas? Many, many thanks!

NCRC has a half day, M-F 2s program, though it's in Cleveland Park, not sure how long you are willing to commute.

Thank you for your quick response! We are preferring the Eastern Market/Capitol Hill area, if possible. Our current school is 2 blocks away so are spoiled by the convenience but need a much better solution.

Have you looked into Northeast Stars Montessori? They’re on Maryland Ave near H St./Benning intersection. I’m pretty certain they have half-day option.

That's a year too young for most Pre-Ks in the area. You need a daycare and most of those won't do half day, which is what I assume is the issue you're facing. There may be some co-op programs that fit your needs. Gan Shalom, for instance.
