I can’t tell if this is fun or lame. It’s like a water bed? The water is inside the thing, so it’s not like a pool...? Is it fun?

Please let me know if you have it!

I bought that or some variation of it last summer. These things are heavy and unwieldy to dry.

We had something similar for our toddler a few years back. It was fun, but the seams popped pretty quickly and it's impossible to repair. But our older kids (ages 5 and 7 at the time) enjoyed it. It's hard to have more than one kid play at a time though (see: seams popping)

How do you not get mold inside?

I looked at in the store the other day and it seemed silly. We decided on just a sprinkler, I didn't like the idea of wasting all the water on filling the "blob" and then just draining it. At least if you fill a pool you use the water.

Thanks all. It seemed weird to me also: the water is...inside? Like a water bed? How is that fun?

Thanks.

Oh, i saw this in my neighbors back yard! If they were out I would have asked for you. I'll ask how they like it if I see them.

I saw a video the other day where someone made one buy buying plastic sheeting at Home Depot and ironing the edges together.

I have this. It’s amazing. I get a new one every summer. Kids, adults, everyone loves it. I’ve owned 4 and have never had the seams burst. You can put dish soap on it and it is a super fun slipnslide. I have had stuff growing inside but there’s no leakage so while it looked a little gross it was fine. This year I put chlorine tablets in it and everything is looking good.

Actually this is the one I have, it looks much bigger than the original link: https://www.kohls.com/product/prd-3653950/h2ogo-15-feet-blobzter.jsp

My 8 year old just played with one for most of the afternoon and had a great time. I would not normally buy one but given the lack of fun options this summer, it's definitely worth the hours of free time I got back in return.

How long can you leave it filled with water? Or do you have to fill and drain it every day?

I fill mine Just once for the entire summer

What’s the point of it, though? You don’t get to play in the water...it’s like a wobbly mattress thing?

Spring for the slide one with the air blower, it’s worth it. Otherwise just stick with sprinkler.
