Amh and resting follicle question

We were told today that our donor has an AMH of 6.15 and a total of 17 resting follicles. Can anyone let us know what that means and are those good numbers

Those are good numbers, yes, especially the AMH. How old is the donor? At 36, my AMH was 4.5 and my AFC was 22, they retrieved exactly 22 eggs with 19 mature. I have generally found AFC to be the most useful number in predicting eggs retrieved (for me, at least). Of course I'm assuming your donor is much younger and if so, most of those eggs will be more likely to lead to healthy embryos.

My AMH is .39 and I had a total of 8 resting follicles last time I was tested. So.

My recent AMH was .4 or something on the lower side but my highest resting AFC was 22 and lowest was 13 (i.e.,without stimulation).

My AFC was 9 when I was tested - and I didn't have DOR. My one egg retrieval cycle they got 15 eggs. My doc doesn't think that AFC is always a great indicator of how many eggs you can get from a retrieval cycle, and that AFC numbers can really vary.
