| At what weight did you notice your belly fat gone? |
| never. I was like a size 00 until 30, but the little pooch was always there. It's part genetic and part diet. |
|
I've always had a small belly, but now I'm older and 117lbs (for 5'4"), it's become a fat roll. I need to go down to 105-ish lbs. The advantage of being 117lbs is that I find clothes more easily, in the 0-2 size range (sometimes 00 for brands with ridiculous vanity sizing). 105lbs was challenging!

| It honestly has everything to do with genetics and not much to do with weight (other than once you reach extremes of weight). |
| I don’t carry my fat there. Impossible to say what it would take for you to not see it as we don’t know what you weigh. |
| I had this when I was 16, a competitive runner, and weighed 105 lbs. I have it worse now that I’m older. It’s genetics, sadly. |
+1 all in my ass and hips...flat stomach |
Probably like her. Fat people can have flat stomachs but it's not impossible for a person who hasn't had kids to not lose belly fat. |

Um neither one of us said we are fat. I am not. But all humans store fat and for most women that’s in the hips and butt. OP holds it in her belly but I have no way to tell her what weight it might go away because I don’t know what she weighs. If she weighs 100 lbs and still has it that’s different than if she weighs 130. |
This woman isn’t fat, psycho. She’s not rail thin but she’s normal and looks awesome. |
She's over weight. She said so in an article psycho. |
That's not true. An average hourglass or banana shape holds fat everywhere including the butt. A pear like yourself can be fat but the excess weight is in the bottom portion. |
Op here I never said only hold fat in my stomach. I'm an hourglass so it's everywhere. I'm just wondering what weight people with average body shapes saw improvement in the belly area which the majority of people hold fat in. |
