Hillary and Jeremy are about the most 80s names ever. If her mom was Spanish or wanted to link her to Spanish culture, that's not a good name choice. I don't know how popular Hilaria is as a name there, either.

Her maternal grandmother's obit is here and there is nothing in it about a lifelong attachment to Spain.

To make things even better, she is not CORRECTING people when they say she is Spanish. One of her “fans” (why people are fans of somebody bc they married a celeb is beyond me) asked why she names her kids such cultural names, and a bunch of people said “she is Latina” “she is from Spain” and she chimes in “bc my family lives in Spain”. Very carefully worded. Same as her never outright denying she has had her boobs done. She is crafty!

You are correct about her boob job. I didn’t think anyone else knew! She claims they are big from breast feeding. Which is true, when you are breastfeeding your boobs are usually fuller looking. But she is being deceptive. A contractor that worked on her house also worked on mine. He was in the house when she was recovering from the surgery and Alec had extra help with the kids since she couldn’t lift them. It’s a small town and locals talk. She should know she can’t lie!

Public school yearbooks are kept on file in libraries and in online databases. But private school yearbooks are not.

Also, many Spaniards are naturally blonde. But I do agree it would be satisfying to see her listed as Hilary. And if she does have light hair, it would expose her disingenuous surprise at her children’s hair color.

The boobs were definitely done, after maybe the 3rd baby. She is obsessive about breastfeeding but for stopped nursing that baby at like 7 months (“little leonncito Baldwinito no longer wants el boob”). She lost her annual 7.9 lbs of baby weight but the boobs somehow were bigger and perkier. It was a nice job but still the telltale baseballs - it was good but not THAT good. And people commented when she wore those 3 button Henley tops with the top 2 buttons purposely undone and she was like “oh just from having all the babies!” When people asked, she did her duck and cover, ignore, but never outright deny.

Go look at pics of her in a leather dress or skirt of something - some event they went to right after the boob job and you can see. They hadn’t settled yet and were in the classic baseball shape. She should have used Gisele’s surgeon!

Re this - when they first got married, Page Six was brutal toward both of them. She wore cheap shoes to some red carpet event that still had price tags on the bottom and scuffed heels, and her “black” hair, and they just ripped her apart. Then there was all that fights with photographers that Hilaria called and then cried about, then it culminated with Page Six making fun of her speech at some stuffy event after the first baby was born. They said the audience was laughing at her because she called them “you guys” multiple times. After that, Alec had a sit down with higher ups at The Post and voila - suddenly they gave her semi-favorable press. It’s the same reason she has a publicist, a podcast, a book - he makes it all happen.

DP. When I moved to NYC in 2008 and she taught yoga around the city, the posters in my gym advertising her classes/workshops all said "Hilary Thomas."
