Starting middle school next year, MCPS: Do we need to submit any medical or dental forms?

| I can't find this information anywhere on the MCPS website, so thank you in advance. DS is moving on to middle school next year, and I am trying to determine whether we need to submit medical or dental forms before the first day of school, as was required for kindergarten. Is there anything like this that we'll need to prepare over the summer? |
