What do folks think of the new Green Acres HoS?

I did a search and it doesn’t look like there was a thread on this. We’re looking at Green Acres for our daughter and, through my research, I found out they have a new Head of School starting this coming July.

| I don't know anything about the new HoS, but I do know the school had to downsize its facilities this year and will rent out a portion of the old facilities to another school to make ends meet. |

Due to the pandemic, or were their longer-term financial issues happening? |

| The decision to rent out one of the middle school buildings was made before the pandemic. I have only met the new head of school briefly, but she has been meeting with the kids during their online classes and my son liked her. She was selected after an extensive process with a lot of input from the community. My son has been at the school for five years, and it has been a great experience overall. They’ve been doing a good job with distance learning, though of course it’s not the same as being on campus. |
