Horses - 4 year old

| My four year old is getting obsessed with horses. Rock Creek park offeres lessons and rides but not until April. Anyone have a suggestion for a good place for easy going rides or lessons? |

| Sorry-- didn't mean more professional than the place the PP mentioned. Just meant we had a good experience with private lessons this winter. There was a 5 or 6 year old there (Willow Bend Farm) too, but I do not know for sure if they take 4 year olds. I think so. You can borrow a riding helmet, but have to wear shoes with a heel for lessons. I noticed kids wearing rubber boots with heels, so you don't to go out and buy riding shoes if you have those. |
