In VA is Daycare is phase 1 or 2?

| Maryland and DC have daycare (for non essential workers) in phase 2. What phase is it in Va? I cant’t find the info. |

| Virginia never closed all daycares. Some closed for a variety of reasons, of course, but they were technically allowed to stay open |

| Never closed legally but phase 0/1 only allows 10 humans in a room which is lower than normal ratios. phase 2 expands that. |

Daycares in VA have never had orders to close. They could remain open if they chose to.
